Yes. All of our authentic Asian dishes are formulated in kitchens and produced right here in the USA and you’ll often see a “Made in the USA” label on our packages.

The amount of food deemed usual or recommended for an average adult. The FDA regulates serving sizes, while the USDA ensures nutritional information and labels are easy to read and applied consistently across all products. Please refer to a product’s package for its precise weight, volume, or to see its serving size.

Cooking & Storing

With the exception of sauce packets included with our appetizers, our products are made to be cooked right from your freezer without defrosting. For best results, always read and follow the cooking instructions provided on a product’s package.

To ensure best quality, we recommend consuming Ling Ling foods prior to the “best-by” dates (e.g. “Best By 05/08/19”) printed on the packaging.

Allow the sauce packet to reach room temperature when preparing the dish. To speed thawing, carefully place the packet in a bowl of hot water until you are ready to serve. Refrigerate any unused sauce immediately in a resealable container.

Always read the instructions printed on a product’s package prior to preparing it. Depending on the power of your microwave, cooking times may vary.

No. Our foods should be kept frozen until ready to cook. Once prepared, they can be safely refrigerated for a few days and reheated before eating.

Traditional Terms

A traditional Japanese skewered chicken dish where the meat is seasoned and grilled over a charcoal fire. To sample this technique, try our Yakitori Chicken Fried Rice.

Shoyu is Japanese for “soy sauce,” which is the forward flavor for the broth in our Shoyu Chicken Ramen.

Tonkotsu means “pork bones” in Japanese and the broth is traditionally made by boiling the bones for a long period of time. Try our Tonkotsu Chicken Ramen to enjoy the tastes of tender white meat chicken in a savory pork-based broth.

Miso is a paste made from fermented soybeans, used most often to make soup. To experience the rich taste of miso, try our delicious Spicy Miso Chicken Ramen.

Allergens

Most of our dishes contain wheat and soybeans, and some contain egg. If a common allergen is present in our food, you’ll find it listed in the ingredient statement on each package. If you have questions or want more information, please contact us.

Sauces

Our sauces are not available for separate purchase. However, all Ling Ling Potsticker varieties include a signature savory dipping sauce, and Spring Rolls are accompanied by our sweet chili sauce.
